Admissions

We recognize that selecting the right school for your child is one of the most significant decisions and investments you will ever make as a parent.  Schedule a tour or contact our office to allow our team to provide an overview about our school and answer any questions you want to know. 

 

If you are ready to start your story with UCiC School, please review the requirements below to begin the application process.

1. Request an application

  • Click here or below to request your application

  • Official applications will be sent via email once we have determined if we have availability for your child. (This typically happens within 48 hours of your request)

2. Complete the application packet

  • Individual links will be sent to each guardian to complete their specified sections in the application.

  • The entire application is to be completed online.

  • Please contact your doctor to obtain immunization records in CIS format.

  • Any application that is missing information will be declined and need to be resubmitted, so please be sure to fill everything out completely. 

  • Your registration payment is non-refundable after you submit the application form. The supply+ materials fee is only refundable until June 30th if the application is withdrawn.

 

3. Submit packet to UCiC School

  • BOTH guardians will need to sign the form before it is completed. 

 

4. Wait for confirmation email

  • We get a lot of questions from parents reporting they did not receive a confirmation email because both guardians have not signed the e-application.

We accept applications on a rolling basis until class capacity is achieved for our Elementary (K-5th grade) and Early Learning (infant - pre-K) programs. Once classes are full, you will be put on the waitlist. If you are waitlisted, the supply + materials fee will be refunded.
