1. Request an Application

• Applications will be sent out within 48 business hours of request.

2. Complete the Admissions Packet

• Please do not forget to contact your Doctor to obtain  Immunization Records in CIS format!.

• Any Applications that are missing information will be declined and need to be resubmitted, so please be sure to fill everything out completely. 

• This will include your Enrollment Fee Payment. Your Registration fee is non-refundable after you submit your form, and your Supply and Materials fee is only refundable until June 30th, 2023.

3. Submit Packet to UCiC School

• All applications can be completed online via DocuSign. BOTH guardians will need to sign the form before it is completed.

4. Wait for Confirmation Email

• After your application has been processed, you will receive an official confirmation email from khart@ucicschool.org. These are typically sent out within 48 business hours of submission.

Once spaces are full, we will begin our waitlist. Given the nature on our online applications, it may be that you are charged both your Registration and Supply fees at the time of registration, before the system registers that the class is full. In that case, the Supply and Materials fee will be refunded to you.
