Registration will be done online. No physical packets will be accepted and there is no need to come to the building in person.
An application will be sent to you with 48 hours after requesting a form.
Please note that you will need a digital copy of your child's Immunization records in CIS format in order to complete your application.
A registration fee of $75, and the supply and materials fee associated with your child's class, will be due with your application submission.
You will get a confirmation email of your enrollment once your application has been processed. Once a confirmation email has been received, your spot is secured for the 2021-2022 School Year.
